Think how much time-consuming it would be to exchange or return the product! This is not the case with Luxaore.

Returns and exchanges are simple with Luxaore.

1. The consumer must request an exchange/refund for a product purchased on www.Luxaore.com within 7 days of receiving the products. For example, if a customer received the product on January 1, 2023, at any time of day, the exchange/refund request must be initiated before midnight on January 7, 2023, to be accepted by www.Luxaore.com.
2. Fill out the form to seek an exchange or refund for your order or contact our customer care at +91 62915 52795, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, IST, or mail us at hello@luxaore.com.
3. After the customer service team acknowledges the pick-up for the exchange/return, a date will be set with the customer's approval to arrange the pick-up. The courier team will make two pick-up attempts only. On failing to hand over the package within these two attempts, the customer will have to personally get the exchange/return package delivered to our courier partner's office.
4. All exchanges must be dispatched via the courier service provided by www.luxaore.com through the designated courier partner. In this case, www.luxaore.com will bear the transportation charges.
5. Once we have been notified of your request to exchange/return the product, the customer needs to carefully wrap the product in its original tamper-proof packaging, which was delivered to the customer.

*Things you must ensure while making the return or exchange.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, along with the original warranty card and invoice, the original packaging, hang tags and manuals, and so on. In the absence of any of these elements, www.luxaore.com will not accept the Refund/Exchange.
• The watch/Jewellery must be in its original condition, as received by the purchaser from Luxaore, with no scratches, marks, or dents on the goods. The security tags should remain in place as they were when the product was delivered to you. If the watch has been used or resized, that is, if the bracelet or strap of the watch has been modified or altered in any way to fit the customer's wrist, Luxaore will not accept any exchange or return for the product and we will ship it to you back as it was received from you.
• Please note that for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery, the option for returns does not apply to engraved and personalized products.

• Luxaore will conduct the product exchange or refund after getting confirmation from the service center regarding the quality of the watch received.
• Any sum to be repaid will require at least 7 business days from the date the returned product is reviewed and passed by the luxaore.com service center's quality control team. 
• The amount will be reimbursed to the same account that Luxaore received the payment from. 

Important Notes:

• Any returned goods that do not adhere to the quality criteria maintained by the Luxaore service center will be given back to the customer in the same condition as it was received by Luxaore. 
• Any problems with the products received must be reported immediately, no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order. 
• Exchanges and refunds are not available for smartwatches because these items cannot be resold once the seal has been broken or the warranty documents have been filled out or registered with the brand.
