At Luxaore, we offer product warranty services for all luxury Jewellery purchased through our website. Each order includes a Tax Invoice  from the Luxaore, which we highly recommend you keep in a safe place.

Luxaore's warranty policy covers:

 

Colour and Shine Warranty
We offer a 3-month warranty on our jewellery. If your jewellery loses its colour or shine within this period, we will restore its shine and send it back to you. Please keep your tax invoice safe, as it is required for this service.

Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you find any manufacturing defects within 7 days of purchase, we will replace the item at no extra cost. Your tax invoice will be required for this service.

Stone Warranty
If any stones fall out of your jewellery within 3 months of purchase, we will replace or reset them. Please retain your tax invoice for this warranty service.

Chain and Clasp Warranty
We guarantee the durability of our chains and clasps. If they break within 3 months of purchase, we will repair or replace them. Ensure you keep your tax invoice for this service.

Finish Warranty
If the finish on your jewellery fades or tarnishes within 3 months of purchase, we will re-finish the item for you. Your tax invoice is required for this warranty claim.
