Each brand has a different warranty policy, and the manufacturer's warranty typically does not cover:

 

  • Any physical damage to the watch's exterior, including wear on the crystal or glass, bezel, bracelet, case, screws, crown or stem, straps, finishes, clasps, buckles, or other parts, is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • The warranty will be void if any unauthorized changes or third-party repairs are made to the watch. Additionally, external deterioration resulting from regular use will also void the warranty.
  • The manufacturer's warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect use, outside force, accidental damage from dropping the watch or use in circumstances that exceed the recommended water resistance limit. 
  • The warranty does not cover any missing stones or gems on the bezel or dial of the watch.
