What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will call before arriving. You will also receive an expected delivery time via WhatsApp or SMS. In case you are unable to collect the delivery, our partner will schedule 2 more delivery attempts.

We package our products in tamper-proof packaging, including bubble wrap and high-quality packaging materials, ensuring the product won't be damaged during transit. Yes, you can cancel or change your order anytime before it's dispatched. For orders placed today, dispatch is generally scheduled for tomorrow at 11 am.
