What is Luxaore's return policy?

You can return your item within 7 days if it's in the same condition with all manuals and tags. Once inspected and verified, we'll initiate your refund. For more details, please review our return policy.

How do I return my Luxaore order?

We provide two shipping choices: Standard and Express. Our Express option ensures delivery within two days via air, and in some cities we offer one-day delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally using FedEx and other trusted delivery partners. Please note that international delivery may take a minimum of 5-7 days to reach its destination.
How do I get free shipping on Luxaore orders?
To be eligible for free shipping, customers need to meet the minimum spending requirement. Furthermore, we offer free shipping during promotional events.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery partner will call before arriving. You will also receive an expected delivery time via WhatsApp or SMS. In case you are unable to collect the delivery, our partner will schedule 2 more delivery attempts.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order at any time before it is dispatched. For orders placed today, dispatch is typically scheduled for tomorrow at 11 am.
