Returns Policy

Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted after this. Customised jewellery is non-returnable.

We offer a 180-day warranty on our jewellery. If your jewellery requires maintenance or a stone falls off, we will fix it for you free of charge within this period. In order to claim warranty, you need to keep your purchase bill securely.


This warranty covers jewellery maintenance only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling. To claim the warranty customers must cover a flat one-way shipping fee of ₹150.

We offer lifetime free plating services, including restoring your jewellery's shine and making it look like new. Keep your tax invoice safe to avail of these free services.

• Yes all our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver, which means it contains 92.5% pure silver. Each piece is also stamped with a 925 hallmark as proof of authenticity and quality.

How can I track my order?

• Track your order with the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or on our website. We also send updates on WhatsApp.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
